KETIA THOUGHT THIS WAS CHRONIC FATIGUE – BUT THEN SHE CONQUERED THE CONDITION ON HER OWN, QUICKLY AND WITH NO MEDS

Ketia was chronically exhausted. She suffered from insomnia and poor sleep quality, leaving her tired throughout the day. Without knowing what was happening to her and perhaps more importantly, why it was happening, beyond band-aid solutions like sleeping pills and aids, Ketia found herself at a loss. 

CIRCUMSTANCES, SIGNS, AND “SYMPTOMS” 

Every night, Ketia struggled with sleep. Not only did she have extreme difficulty falling asleep, but when she eventually did, she would wake up several times throughout the night only to repeat the cycle all over again. As a result, she was constantly tired: struggling through her days feeling sluggish and low energy. 

THE JOURNEY 

Seeking answers, she joined one of our round table discussions. It was during this that something clicked: Ketia started to wonder if her problems could be psychosomatic and decided to explore this idea further. 

Through a series of consultations, we helped Ketia dive beneath the surface of her sleep problems. As it turns out, her insomnia and chronic fatigue were just symptoms of much deeper issues. Ketia struggled with guilt – no matter how many extra hours she took on and how hard she worked, she never felt like it was enough to give her family the life that they deserved.  

She continued her journey with us, learning about the true power of female energy, exploring family dynamics and role distribution, and even arming herself with some powerful productivity tactics. 

Diving even deeper, however, led to an unexpected discovery: to Ketia’s surprise, her feelings of guilt had very little to do with how much she made and what she was able to provide for her family. In reality, these were rooted in unresolved childhood trauma. 

With this breakthrough, Ketia really began to see things in a new light. We worked closely with her to begin healing this childhood trauma and resolving other stress factors. With a few impactful lifestyle adjustments, Ketia learned to give herself permission to rest and relax, cutting down her “full tilt” hours during the day. She was shocked to find that taking time out for herself didn’t make her less productive – in fact, she found herself being able to get more things done, more easily. 

RESULTS 

With her stress levels at an amazing all-time low, Ketia was more motivated than ever to continue down this path. In just a few months, all the pressure, exhaustion, and anxiety melted away, replaced by a newfound sense of calm and contentment.  

And, it was like a chain reaction set off: her inner peace radiated outwards as an aura of confidence and charm – one that the higher-ups at work recognized, prompting them to offer her a huge promotion. Of course, Ketia accepted what she herself called “the opportunity of a lifetime”. Beyond her career, she also kept building on the breakthrough insights she unearthed early on. She continuously worked on what she had come to realize it meant to create the nurturing lifestyle she wanted for her family.  

Needless to say, her sleep problems were long forgotten. In fact, she couldn’t even pinpoint when exactly along her journey things started to change – all she knew was that she had started sleeping peacefully through the night and waking up refreshed, all without sleep aids. 

Eventually, Ketia “graduated” from coaching therapy, summing up her experience in a powerful testament: “My life now feels like my exact dream come true – I never thought I’d ever be able to say this, but I now have what exactly I wanted”.
