What does energy have to do with personality?

What makes us all so different? What makes some people more materialistic and other people more spiritual – more into higher matters? What makes some people leaders, and others, followers? Is there a science-based explanation for why we all are so different?

The short answer is that yes, there IS. Bioenergetics can basically explain the blueprint of what makes us who we are and why we are a certain way.

As an overview: there are seven different energy centers located throughout the body, and each is responsible for certain feelings, certain view of the world, certain way we view reality – all of which of course, in turn, influence how we act.

For instance, one energy center is be responsible for your drive and motivation – this is the same energy that would enable you to strike up a conversation with someone you would like to get to know.

Wisdom and power come from a different energy center – this is also where respect for boundaries and perception of other people lies. It’s no surprise, then, that it is also the energy associated with leadership.

In each one of us, different energy centers will “fire” differently: some will be stronger, some weaker. You can think of these kind of like notes in a song – the combination of these “notes” is UNIQUE for each one of us, and there are no duplicates. This song is the blueprint of our personalities – of the very essence of who we are.
