Please complete the steps below to get started in the program.

We are going to roll up our sleaves and dig in this coming Monday. In the meantime, please download and review this introductory book that will help you to get familiar with what holistic lifestyle is all about. If you already have some knowledge of holistic, you can skip this step. But for those of you who are brand new to the concept, this book will help create a very basic foundation upon which we are going to build the rest of the approaches.

As we have shared in the Program Description, all participants will be organized into small groups, based on your level of familiarity with Holistic Lifestyle, areas of interest and specific needs, goals, and questions. Please take this quiz to help us to get to know you a little better and to share your initial thoughts. The group invite goes out every Monday – it will be sent to the email that you specify in this survey. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE QUIZ, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE GROUP INVITE . Your program will start on the Monday following the week in which you complete the quiz (should you not have time for it right away)

Based on your answers to the quiz above, I will place you into a small group, together with people who share a similar outlook on Holistic approaches and have similar goals. The sizes of the groups vary, and it all really depends on who signs up. I like to start a fresh group every time, but of course it is not always feasible. This Is why I may sometimes add you to a group that has already launched. (For example: you have expressed interest in how energy of houseplants can affect your financial situation, because you have heard a talk about this on a popular channel last week and it stuck with you – and I have already launched a group of people who have expressed a similar interest last week. However, this week no one is thinking of this question. In this case, I will simply add you to an existing group: I aim to keep interests as niche as possible). With that said, I make sure that the group is no more than 3 weeks old, and that new people can still easily catch up with what has been going on.

A group launch will be opened with a welcome post. I will share the learning plan, designed specifically for you, and outlining the questions and issues that we will cover, both long term and in the next few weeks. Posts and discussion questions will be shared on a regular basis after that. The first week will also contain an introductory live lecture. Live lectures will be posted as Events, with a Zoom link. Recording will always be available afterwards, for those of you who are not able to make the specific times. I will also share a link where you can enter your questions for the next upcoming meeting: we try to answer them all (hence the need for small groups). We encourage you to submit your questions in advance, to make sure that nothing is missed and that the presenter will have the right references for you if necessary. However, if you’re present live, you will also be able to ask your questions in real time.

Live lectures are held every other week. In the meantime, you are welcome to make posts and comments in the portal, and discuss any ongoing issues with other members of the group.

If you have any questions for the coach, you will be able to submit them in the group prior to the live lecture. You will also be able to ask them directly during the live lecture – but for those of you who may have scheduling conflicts and plan to listen to the recording instead, submitting questions in advance is a great option.

For our communication and training, we are going to use an app called MeWe. Next Monday, based on your you are going to receive a link If you are not familiar with MeWe, please take a crash course on it (it will take you less than 5 minutes, I promise)

You are ready! All you have to do is check your email next Monday for the link to the MeWe group: it will open right to the app, or directly on your desktop, as long as you have created a MeWe account.
