So much of who we are and the choices we make as adults is because of our experiences as children – “I’m not a victim of child abuse or anything, so I’m in the clear… right?” Well, NOT QUITE.
Do you ever feel like you’re swimming against an invisible tide? Like something’s wrong, but you can’t put a finger on what it is? Or even just that things could be BETTER… but you don’t know how and where to start?
You may have unaddressed childhood trauma.
One common misconception is that trauma can ONLY be caused by some form of major abuse – this is absolutely untrue… and could be standing in the way of YOUR success.
This module is designed specifically for people who have not necessarily experienced childhood abuse… but who are wondering what’s holding them back. In this program, our aim is to pinpoint any hidden childhood wounds and help you heal them so you can access your true inner potential.
Among what we will discuss are:
- Understanding trauma: what it REALLY is, what causes it, and how it impacts your life today
- Uncovering and healing your childhood wounds – are there any hidden roadblocks in your way, or baggage weighing you down?
- Nurturing your inner child and reconnecting with the person “created in perfection”
- Finding and awakening your unique inner potential so you can put it to use towards achieving your goals and living your purpose
- Bioenergetic and Holistic psychology perspectives on overcoming major challenges in life
▶️Our goal in this module is to get to the bottom of what is going on in your specific situation and offer you a solution to fix what needs to be fixed.
To give you an idea of what a one-month increment of the program looks like, here’s a snapshot of the process:
(For most, deep-seated issues require more than 4 weeks to resolve – we highly recommend that continue with your subscription beyond the first month. But if for any reason, you need to cancel at any point, simply click the link in your portal.)
THE MODULES TAKE PLACE IN A FUN, FLEXIBLE, AND VERY EFFECTIVE FORMAT:
- After you sign up, we will schedule our introductory session, and I will meet with you in a video conference. (This is a chance for us to get to know each other, as well as time set aside for diagnostics and the overall discussion of the issue)
- I will leave you with some homework: journaling, exercises, assessments and tests to take, etc.
- I will be checking in a couple times per week for questions on the above

- When we meet again, we will discuss progress and go to the next step
