What do your physical health and your mindset have in common?

I often get asked this question when people see productivity advice and tips on weightloss presented on the same page. And on THAT page the question sounds legit. However, if you encounter it separately, by itself, it is really a very simple question, with straightforward answers.

What do your physical health and your mindset have in common?
Well... if your mindset is "I don't care" when it comes to junk food, lack of exercise and smoking... Need I go any further?

If you're trying to achieve your goals and manage time efficiently, but your health is poor -  to the point when you are constantly struggling with mind fog, or possibly even chronic pain, how can you be productive?

The only thing I can add to common sense here, is a little known (or, rather, discussed) fact that your weight gain is VERY SELDOM a result of "eating too much", and MOST OFTEN a sign a metabolic imbalance (duh, right?) AND increased toxicity (since our bodies store toxins that it cannot eliminate in fat tissues--join my UnFUG Your Weight Loss Program to learn more)

...And the note that these connections go way beyond common sense obvious: it is a science proven fact that your negative thoughts can cause physical problems, depression has been shown to cause weight gain in about half of the people who suffer from it, and mind fog in indeed a medical thing (it is NOT all in your mind -- pardon the pun)
