This package includes:
- 4 one-on-one virtual video sessions with the coach (45min each)
- Supplemental materials (videos, articles, etc.)
- Unlimited text support
- Excercises and tests (if needed)
I include many tests and excercises which you will see sold separately on this site free of charge in this package. But depending on your situation sometimes additional tests or referrals are needed (just like with any other doctor's appointment, which is often followed up by a blood draw and a CAT scan referral) These can sometimes be offered at an additional cost. but are optional.
