This mind-mapping technique is designed to help you stop overthinking, calm racing and/or spinning thoughts, end anxiety and obtain clarity of thoughts and goals.Ā 

Doing the above often helps improve productivity, overcome mind fog and improve sleep.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • A clean sheet of paper
  • A pen or pencil
  • A package (or at least 5 colors) of crayons or colored pencilsĀ

We can do this in either of the two ways:
Ā  Ā -- Have a virtual session with screen sharing (1 hr. session)
Ā  Ā -- For those of us with busy schedules or shy on camera, there is a chat option: it's like having a conversation via Text Messaging or exchanging comments on Social Media - with an occasional video on my end. (I allow 5 days to cover the same amount of material as we do during the face to face session to give us both plenty of time to respond)

šŸš©I'm offering this session in tow formats that you can choose from, because in my experience there are two kinds of people: those who absolutely HATE juggling schedules and appearing on camera -- and those who feel that waiting for a chat response, which you could have received instantly in a live conversation, is TORTURE. So, please choose the format that you feel most comfortably with.
Ā  Ā  Ā  IMHO this module works equally well in either format, so the choice is entirely yours!

HOW IT WORKS

Sometimes there are just too many thoughts, ideas, contradictory feelings ā€“ and everything is swarming in a chaos of trying to figure out what to do next (or to do at all), whatā€™s right, whatā€™s wrong, whatā€™s best ā€“ and, most importantly, how you yourself really feel AND what are the right objective steps that would lead to a desired outcome.

This is a virtual session with meā€¦ but Iā€™m not the one who is going to give you the answers. Your subconsciousness will do this. I will guide you through a mind mapping exercise and will offer important interpretation clues as we go along.
