Stop the insanity!

In this workshop we're going to dive into one of the most frustrating and difficult challenges that women face - when your husband does not help at home... AND acts like this is somehow "normal". As in, you're crazy for expecting things to be otherwise... plus "you don't do enough anyway".

In this workshop we cover a wide spectrum of problems of this nature: from innocent immaturity to the dynamics that make you wonder if he is a narcissist.

Speaking of "narcissism"...

In our workshops we address the issue of a "Relationship X" dynamics. Relationship X is a type of relationship that forms between an empath (aka, a person with a heart of gold, whose values lie in helping others and being empathetic to their challenges) and what we term a "Personality X" person: not really a narcissist, as defined by the mainstream, but someone who's been showing signs of manipulation attempts, lack of understanding for your feelings and struggles and a bit of self-centerdness, making you WONDER if he MIGHT be a narcissist or something similar... And sometimes even REMOVING ALL DOUBT regarding the issue by how he acts... but yet not enough for you to decide to leave.

These are the dynamics that we deal with in our workshops ^^^

So, what can be done about this?

The good news: YOU HAVE THE POWER to change this, simply by the virtue of being a woman (More on this concept of Bioenergetics in the workshop itself)

The fix can be as easy as a good heart-to hear discussion - done wisely. If your partner is a personality X, this dynamic can be even more difficult, of course. This type of people often feel entitled to being taken care of, and they may believe that household responsibilities are not their problem. They might even claim that the kids are the woman's responsibility, leaving you feeling overworked, undervalued, and overwhelmed.

But here's the good news - there are strategies you can use to shift the balance in your household, take control of your situation, and regain your power and confidence. In this workshop, we're going to explore these strategies and learn how to set healthy boundaries, communicate more effectively, and take care of yourself even when your partner isn't doing their part.

We'll be using a friendly, fun tone to help you feel empowered and uplifted, and we'll create a supportive space where you can share your own experiences and learn from other women who are going through the same thing. You'll come away from this workshop feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

How it works and what to expect

This is a live dialog with a Professional Life Coach, certified in Bioenergetic Psychology Therapies and Approaches.

These dialogs are conducted in an asynchronous format: so there will be no appointments to keep, no waiting rooms and no scheduling conflicts.

Think of this as a Facebook group: you post a question, the coach responds, you post the next one, and so on. We all are doing this at a time which works for us. The coaches will also record video answers and/or share additional information that you can read, watch, or listen to (if needed).

After you sign up, you will be directed to complete a brief intake questionnaire, which will help us to get to know you a little better, and where you will also be able to state the main question that you want to discuss. The coach will contact you the following Monday - and let the work begin! 😁😁

CHATS RUN MONDAY - FRIDAY. The cut off time for the next week's chat is Thursday 12 midnight. If you FILL OUT YOUR INTAKE after that time, your chat will take place the week after.
