Natural Remedies for Health, Beauty and a Long Life

Here is an excerpt from an antient book on how to harvest a particular herb (St. John’s wort, in this example):

“Best when harvested during a waning moon phase, early morning or late evening and cut with a steel sickle"

This is quite a difference from the modern mass manufacturing process of harvesting them whenever, with whatever, drying them at whatever temperatures... having previously spayed them with some chemical that promotes fast growth (at the expense of the nutrient concentration) -- and then you wonder why they "don't work"
Here, you will find the herbs that work: they are hand-harvested, the right way, with all their energies and qualities still intact. I see to that.
