Welcome to the discussion: Trauma and Potential Trauma - 172401

Let's talk about EMOTIONAL TRAUMA and other life's issues that you suspect could be a result of emotional trauma

I am Helena -- a Bioenergetic Medicine therapist. So, I am going to discuss trauma from a different perspective, as compared to what you have been hearing so far in mainstream counseling.

And different is good. Not to mention that you might be getting tired of hearing the same old thing already, but if mainstream counseing worked well you would not be here, still searching for solutions. And if it doesn't work well, then what you need IS something different, as opposed to more of the same. You know that difinition of insanity, right?

  • Emily

Hi, Iโ€™m Emily. Not exactly sure what my first questions is going to be, but I am really looking forward to the discussion. I just want to learn more about myself and how life works

  • Kate M

And Iโ€™m Kate. Question: why canโ€™t I ever get along with people? Every time I meet a new person, I really like them, and they like me. But somehow it only takes a few months before we run into some kind of conflict in the friendship ends. Is this trauma or not?
